  • Shading or environmental factors

  • Customer energy usage patterns

  • Equipment performance variations

  • Regulatory or utility policy changes

Sunward Solar does not guarantee specific energy production levels or financial savings.

2. Site Assessments and Final Pricing

Preliminary pricing provided through online consultations, satellite imagery, or utility bill reviews is subject to change following:

  • Site inspections

  • Structural assessments

  • Electrical evaluations

  • Engineering requirements

  • Permit requirements

  • Utility interconnection requirements

Any changes to project scope or pricing will be discussed and approved before work proceeds.

3. Rebates and Incentives

Sunward Solar may assist customers in identifying available rebates, grants, incentives, and tax credits.

Eligibility, approval, and payment of these programs are determined solely by the applicable government agencies, utilities, or program administrators. Sunward Solar cannot guarantee approval or availability of any rebate or incentive program.

4. Installation Timelines

Project schedules and installation dates are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Permit approvals

  • Utility approvals and inspections

  • Equipment availability

  • Weather conditions

  • Site conditions beyond our control

Sunward Solar will make reasonable efforts to communicate any delays as they arise.

5. Equipment Availability

Due to market conditions and supply chain fluctuations, Sunward Solar reserves the right to substitute equipment with comparable or superior products if necessary. Any substitutions will maintain equivalent performance and warranty standards.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding the property and electrical service.

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the installation site.

  • Obtain any required strata, homeowner association, or landlord approvals where applicable.

  • Ensure work areas are accessible on scheduled installation dates.

7. Warranties

Sunward Solar workmanship warranties are outlined within individual customer agreements.

Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the equipment manufacturer and may include coverage for:

  • Solar panels

  • Inverters

  • Battery storage systems

  • Mounting hardware

Warranty coverage does not include damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or third-party work performed on the system.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunward Solar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or performance of any solar energy system or related services.

Sunward Solar's maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the services giving rise to the claim.
